Order fulfilment
Five states, from Captured to Shipped. Move an order across the board or edit it in place — every move is stamped with who did it and when, so the despatch list reflects the day you actually had.
New — reorder forecasting, now in Reports
Stockwell is the retail ERP for teams who'd rather sell stock than reconcile it. Products, inventory, orders and suppliers live in one place — with the reports to prove what's actually on the shelf.

Features
No plugin marketplace, no workflow builder, no six-week implementation. Products, stock, orders, suppliers, returns and reports — built to be finished in a day and used every morning after.
Five states, from Captured to Shipped. Move an order across the board or edit it in place — every move is stamped with who did it and when, so the despatch list reflects the day you actually had.
Every product page rolls up its variants, on-hand and reserved quantities, location and reorder point into one read — before you promise a delivery date, not after.
Receipts, sales, returns and adjustments on one ledger per variant — with every movement kept, not just the current count.
Sales by channel, stock valuation and margin by product — every view exports to CSV on paid plans, no analyst required.
Three roles — owner, admin, member — with per-record ownership, so the wrong person can look at an order but not touch it.
Supplier lead times and minimum order quantities on the PO itself, with a reorder prompt before the shelf runs out.
Product tour
This is all of it. A board for orders, a ledger for stock, and the numbers that come out the other end.
Sales by month, rolling 12 — every report on this page exports to CSV in one click.
Why teams switch
Every movement lands in one ledger with one location and one timestamp. Monday's stock count stops being an argument about whose file is current.
See it happenOpen a variant and the last twelve months are already there — receipts, sales, returns, adjustments, and the supplier's lead time. No counting the back room at two minutes to closing.
See it happenSales by channel, stock valuation, and margin by product against what was forecast. Export any view to CSV and the board pack writes itself.
See it happenKey a shop order straight into Stockwell against its own reference, and stock, picking and invoicing all move off the same record — while there's still time to ship it today.
See it happenFewer stockouts per quarter after switching.†
Given back to every stock controller each week, off admin.†
Median time from sign-up to a first order captured.
† Median across 214 retailers that migrated during 2025, measured over their first two full quarters. Retailers with fewer than three locations saw 12%.
Loved by teams
We moved 6,400 SKUs across on a Thursday and ran the Monday stock count out of Stockwell. Nobody asked for the old spreadsheet back.
The reorder prompts alone paid for the year. We caught a 12-day lead time on our best-selling line with three weeks to spare.
Onboarding took an afternoon, not a quarter. I'd still like more than 20 custom fields on Growth — but across four locations it does everything we need.

FAQ
Most teams are live in under a day. Import your products from a CSV or another system, invite your team, and you'll have stock counted by lunch — no consultants, no configuration project. The median across new workspaces is 11 minutes from sign-up to the first order captured.
Two users, 200 SKUs, one location and 30 days of movement history — free forever, no card. Reports are read-only on Free: CSV export, scheduled reports and the REST API all start on Growth.
Yes — CSV import covers products, variants and supplier price lists, and a guided importer helps you map columns from most stock systems in a few minutes. Rows whose SKU already exists are skipped rather than duplicated, and you get a count of what was skipped at the end. Your history comes with you, not after you.
Growth is $29 per user / month billed monthly, or $23 per user / month when you pay for the year up front — $276 per user annually, a saving of $72. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day; downgrades take effect at the end of the current term. Nothing is ever locked away — your data and your exports are always yours.
Every workspace runs in the EU (Frankfurt) by default, encrypted in transit and at rest, with per-role access controls and daily backups kept for 30 days. Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, audit logs, and data residency in the US or APAC — and you can export everything, anytime, in one click.
Free plans use the community forum. Growth gets email support with a next-business-day response and a 99.5% uptime commitment. Enterprise gets a four-hour response target, a dedicated success manager and a 99.9% SLA with service credits.
After 14 days the workspace drops to read-only for 30 days rather than disappearing — you can still pick and ship what is already open. Add a card to carry on, or export everything and walk away: no card was needed to start the trial, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
